Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was like living in a cave - clean and organized with a unique payment system using a small machine, making it a perfect and brilliant value for money choice. The staff were lovely and accommodated our requests, even when we got locked out of our room late at night. However, they could improve in being more proactive and polite compared to other similar-priced hotels. The location was disruptive inside the hotel premises, but it was ideal for visiting Ginza, reaching different subway stations easily, and being close to famous attractions like the Owl Cafe and Tsukiji Market. The dining experience ranged from okay to poor depending on the dish, and the facilities provided were in line with expectations.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were well-maintained, especially the bathroom with strong water pressure and a working bidet. However, despite being non-smoking, there was a strong smell of smoke lingering around. The size of the rooms, including the bathroom, was great for the average-sized traveler.
Staying at this hotel was a real Tokyo experience with compact rooms that provided all the necessary amenities, although space was limited for luggage. The service was quite helpful, especially in arranging transportation, yet more knowledge on tourist destinations could be beneficial. The location was convenient, just a stone's throw away from the subway station and a short distance to Ginza. Dining options were Japanese style and reasonably priced, perfect for a quick meal. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
